I ordered cookies for a customer on 12/16 with a request for delivery on 12/21.

12/21 came and went with no cookies, on 12/22 I called to check status. I was told "I will go through the stack of Fed Ex receipts on my desk and call you back" (this was at 9:00 in the morning).

At 3:00 I called and got the computer stating they were closed after 5:00 p.m. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone and have sent two emails regarding the missing cookies. Of course my card was charged on 12/18. Still no one has responded.

I agree! I accidentally requested a delivery date a week later than I wanted.

When the date I wanted came and went, I reailzed my mistake and called and asked for an earlier delivery.

They said they wouldn't do it unless I paid an additional fee. I'm sorry for your frustration, I feel it too!
