First time customers are advertised to get "10% off" their order with a promocode coupon they email you, but guess what? Right before checkout you will see "regional surcharges" added to the items you purchased - these regional surcharges add just about exactly 10% to your order total...

how coincidental... The coupon is actually an illusion because of these hidden surcharges they are obviously using to prevent you from paying any less.

This is in addition to the cookies being unbelievably overpriced at the outset and also the delivery being overpriced. I placed my order anyway but I will never order from them again...

Product or Service Mentioned: Cookies By Design Cookies.

Monetary Loss: $17.

I just ordered with a similar experience, but instead of charging a regional fee, they just told me that the coupon doesn't work on their website due to an ad partner website referral or something. So they tell you to sign up for 10% off, then tell you it doesn't work.

When I call their 1-800-number, they are closed.

How convenient---that must be why they charge me that $2 convenience fee. HORRIBLY RUN BUSINESS.
