Placed order one week in advance with a follow up phone call to confirm. Allison, in Scottsdale, AZ, assured me all would go well and would be delivered on the 90th birthday of my mother.
While wishing her a happy birthday at 5:45pm PT yesterday, found out it was not delivered. AT 8:15pm, she called to say she found a package sitting on the ground outside her front door with the cookies. Imagine spending $81.00 for this 7 lousy cookies and they cannot even hand the food to the recipient. Called corporate today, asked for Jack Long, Franchisor, and did not take call nor return it.
Filed complaint with Dixie who said she would call the franchise. Decent companies seek solutions and want to hear of failed service. This company does not want to hear anything and only wants YOUR money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
THEY FORGOT THE FIRST THING A BUSINESS NEED TO REMEMBER - SERVICE. There is none. If you want to throw your money away, there are many other organizations that want to earn your business. Or, give it to the charity of your choice.
