I had phoned cookies by design and had spoken to Jon 4 times to explain how important it was have a tin of cookies ready for Tues. morning and explained why it was so important because my friend was returning to her home country.

Tues morning got there and Stephanie took care of me but instead of a nice cookies by design I had to use a Rubbermaid storage container as a gift embarrassing ...

And Stephanie phoned Jon and explained how he had dropped the ball and yet Jon as a owner does not have the courage more courtesy to even apologize. In all fairness Stephanie did everything she could to make it better but with customer service like jobs this business will be doomed to fail
