Look on the website. There is NO
customer support. I ordered cookies and hit the wrong state. I am a regular customer but made a
mistake. When I saw the printed
receipt, it was all wrong. NO ONE TO CALL FOR HELP. What a mess! Now I will have to call all over to straighten it out. I work for a living and use the computer to simplify. This just made a mess of my time and the price was $68.49 for 5 cookies. At that price you would think they would care about their customers. NO
CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shameful!

I agree Jason, who would spend $70 on cookies and not make sure the delivery info is 100% correct. It is deinitely her own fault. And yes, anytime an order is placed and completed, then you receive the store info and confirmation of your order. Granted, they don't have customer support but leave it up to the individual store to handle, which is more than ample support. The employees in my local store are always more than happy to help transfer orders, cancel orders, or handle complaints from people who are careless enough to enter the wrong state, one that they probably grew up in. I feel sorry for the store employees who get chewed out for no reason and have to deal with others "mistakes"......

Well before you buy anything online you should get your parents permission. I hate to break it to you kiddo but it was your own fault, you made the mistake. If you had been more careful then this would not have happened. When this happened and you could not find any contact information why did you not ask your parents to help you.

Whenever I have ordered from Cookies By Design online, I receive an email confirmation that tells me which store will be delivering it and all of their contact information. I live in Dallas and use them all the time and have never had any problems. There was a time when I had to cancel an order because the person I was sending it to for a birthday going to be out of town, and they were not hesitant at all to accomodate me, so maybe that depends on the store? I know the one I usually order from is the corporate store in North Dallas so maybe that makes a difference? Im not sure, but I know that everyone that I have sent them to has absolutely loved them!
